Terms of service

These terms apply when you use SelfDestruct.Click, a service operated by CLJE Ltd.

Using the service

You may use SelfDestruct.Click only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for the content you submit and for the people with whom you choose to share a link.

Abuse and enforcement

We may block or destroy links, suspend or terminate accounts, apply additional safeguards, or restrict access where we reasonably believe this is necessary to enforce these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, protect users or the service, or comply with law.

Breaching the Acceptable Use Policy may also result in cancellation of a Premium subscription. Where we cancel a subscription because of a breach, we reserve the right not to refund any unused subscription period, except where a refund is required by law. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Premium

Premium features are provided for the subscription period shown at purchase. Paying for Premium does not exempt a user from these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Subscription management and cancellation options are available through the account where applicable.

One-time and expiring content

The service is intentionally designed to destroy secret content after successful reveal and to remove expired, rejected or deleted content in accordance with the service rules. You should not use SelfDestruct.Click as permanent storage and should keep any information you need elsewhere.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that automated abuse screening will identify every harmful or unlawful use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Privacy and safety

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data and security records are handled. Our safety controls may screen submitted content locally and may hold higher-risk links for restricted human review as described in those policies.
